VDAY

Yes its Feb 14th you know that time of the year
That solemn day that most of us have come to fear

No it’s not Christmas but damn close enough
Attention VDAY shoppers go out and buy more stuff!!!

Where’s the spontaneous creative dribble that makes this day so special so cheerful???
Vanished without a trace so highly inscrutable hey Scooby Do I think you got yourself a handful

And you wonder why there are so many shakeups that lead to breakups
Huh? What? Who? Exactly lost in translation like the smell of fresh tulips

Expectations not met because the pressure has become too great
When all you had to do is put down that controller and go on a date

If we all would take a second to sit down and analyze the situation
It would be so clear that this is not such a difficult operation

Keep things fresh keep them guessing like a feather floating in air
And for god’s sake don’t buy them gifts with that money from welfare

So I leave you with this bit of wisdom that will help you survive
One day is not enough keep spreading the LOVE all 3 sixty 5
